This introductory mindfulness workshop is aimed at beginners, or anyone who has had a break from practising and would like a gentle refresh. We start by clearing up the common myths about mindfulness. Then we get practical, guiding you through straightforward meditation techniques you can use at home.
There is also a simple explanation of what happens in your autonomic nervous system when you bring awareness to the present moment. Everything else is about grounding, accessible practice without fluff or jargon.
