Mindful Living

This eight-week mindfulness course gives you a toolkit of practices to weave into your everyday life. Mindful Living helps you take charge of your attention and responses, which can unlock genuine shifts in wellbeing.

You don’t need prior meditation experience. The course works just as well for complete beginners as for those wanting to deepen an existing practice.

Mindful Living draws on principles from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), one of the most widely researched mindfulness programmes in the world, with added insights from Positive Psychology.
